My husband was treated so rudely by your CPRF officer at row 11 on 24th April 2023 @ around 9.30pm @ international departure hall, terminal 2. We did not know that we needed to place the hand luggage into the basket as nothing was mentioned. When he placed all his belonging into the basket and then he put the hand luggage on the carousel this officer started to shout in HINDI when we are foreigner and DO NOT SPEAK OR UNDERSTAND HINDI scolding him. My husband kept asking what are you saying and he kept shouting and showing his finger like warning..we UNDERSTOOD nothing but knew he was scolding as he was shouting until another passager told the officer pls forgive us !!..IS THIS HOW YOUR OFFICER TREAT A FOREIGNER? WHY COULDNT HE AT LEAST TELL US IN ENGLISH ?
