On 21st April i travelled by Spice jet SG162 vide PNR VY3GTI from New delhi to Mumbai and when we reached Mumbai 2 and half hour delayed from scheduled arrival time, We waited 40 minutes more for our baggage . When we collected our baggage we found one of our expensive Esbeda travel bag completely tornned off condition ( from 2 sides it was pulled and the bag was completely ripped apart. some of our package inside broken. we reported same to onsite baggage count and filled Baggage irregularity report with no bearing 128238 . we were told that we will get compensation from airline within 48 hours but till date nobody has even care to attend our concern. This is high time airline must pay for their negligence rather than their customer.. This airline is always late and their staff is not co-operative with the customer. we must held them accountable for their misbehavior with the customer.
