We had a 84 year old senior citizen with us who had been flying for over 12 hours. We chose an Ertiiga at 12:20 am . We were waiting in the heat for 45 mins and there was no car. The support staff at the airport were rude and curt. This was a horrible experience. Will never use this again. This company needs to shut down . Reflextsnpoorly on Mumbai airport.
