Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I travelled to Dubai on 04/09/2022 from Mumbai Airport Terminal 2. The security scanning procedure took over 80-90 mins in total. The airport authorities have merged the security scanning for international and domestic passengers creating chaos. The whole process was very unorganized where 2-3 queues were created where there should have been a single queue prolonging the whole process even further. Before the scanning for international and domestic passengers was separate making the whole process smooth and hassle free. Please see what can be done about the matter and improve the situation. Thank you.
