Hello,
So I was travelling from Bali to Mumbai on 22nd via VietJet Airlines – Flight Number VJ898 & VJ883 (PNR – 2A3QQX), our flight got delayed and we didn’t receive any of our bags at the Mumbai Aiport. It’s been 6 days and I haven’t received my bags whereas I was promised to get a delivery within 24 hours. I need to file a complaint against the Airlines and I also want to claim compensation for the inconvinience that has been caused from last 6 days. All my Parent’s medicines, prescriptions, phone chargers, clothes, important documents are in that bag. I need a serious action taken on this.
Delayed Baggage
- Wheel chair helpers ask for money and not helpful
- Rules regarding the international travellers are not helpful
