I was Travelling to Freetown from Mumbai Internation on 8th of Aug 2023 Flight KQ 205, the check Inn Staff Savio make us wait 5 Hrs and almost missed the flight . He was acting rude and arrogent towards us giving us really hard time as i was travelling with my wife and 2yr old child . we have to book another flight ticket have to pay additional 300 USD.
