At security while the bags were going through. I was stopped to open mg makeup kit which I always get stopped for (I fly every week with the kit so it’s routine for me that security checks the bags). This time I was asked to open both my sling bag and the makeup kit. I opened the buckles of my makeup kit and continued showing my sling bag to the security person. She then touched my makeup kit without my permission and turned it to its side leaving all the palettes fallen and breaking a very expensive palette of mine. I was going to show it to her, there was no need for her to touch my bag. Her name is ARTI and this incident took place roughly at 4:50 am I believe on the 16th of June 2023. After this happened, I took a picture of her name on her uniform for proof to which I was stopped by another male security who asked me to delete the image immediately. I refused to do so and explained the whole situation to him .I can’t seem to add any images but I have the images of the following ; (Arti’s name tag, the position of my bag turned, my broken palette)
