DOLLARS NOT ACCEPTED AT RESTAURANTS

Dear Sir / Mam , Greetings of the day , Hope you are doing well , I am writing this on behalf of my client , I am from a known travel agency and one of my client faced this problem at mumbai airport where the restraunts were not accepting dollars as payment they only want rupees due to which he was hungry for 4 hours at mumbai airport as he didn’t have any currency other than USD and they accepted only INR , He even added that there was no means of exchanging dollars at the airport to get INR in return , I personally don’t know how much truth lies in it as this is the first time i have heard this from any of our client , if any of this holds even a little bit of truth , my sincere request to kindly resolve this as soon as possible please .
