Driver tried to charge over the prepaid fee as he lied about the destination being wrong

First off when we stopped for gas the driver tried to tell us we needed to give him 1000 ruppees for gas. We told him we would just pay for our ride. We payed him in full. We gave him 2900 and the bill was 2875. He did not even offer change. Then when the ride was over he tried to ask for a higher amount and told us that the drive was farther than we said. I checked the receipt and it was not farther than we said. We were in the exact region on the exact region printed on the receipt. He dropped us off at Nathan rd. in Pune. The receipt specifies the Kwonda region which Nathan rd is nearly in the center of.
