Electronic display of timings

My flight 6E 6963 to Kochi from T2, boarding time was given as 3.15 in the boarding pass. While resting in lounge it is noticed at 2.30 that 6E 6963 boarding is started and is on final call. I rushed to the gate and saw that Bangalore boarding is in progress. Such a big airport like mumbai we are mainly relying on the digital information which should not be confusing. I brought this to the notice if the gate- staff immediately so that other passengers should not suffer. But the same error continues
