Hello , I had a domestic transfer in Mumbai airport on 14 Dec 2022. I have experienced working/helping staff (Not officers) at customs baggage screening area and helping staff (the staff with tags on neck and showing directions, directing in airport etc.,) asking for petty money every time (literally using the words “chai pani”). I have not expected this from a reputed airport like Mumbai. Please take necessary action to maintain the standards on the airport.
