PNR P4Y2XF On 5th of March I was denied to check in at the BOM Airport for my flight back to FRA. Due to the cyber attack, Cologne (Germany) and provided us a valid VISA document which is also used for travelling.I was denied to check in at the Emirates counter. What happened at the counter : I gave them my passport to check and then my VISA document.The lady used a translator to translate the document (It was in German language, and translator makes the document nonsense) and on the spot she started being rude and arrogant saying that this is not allowed, you cannot travel with this.She called her supervisor and he echoed with someone and he told me the same thing.I told him that let me make you understand the document, because I speak German, he said no ma’am not allowed I was trying to make them understand that “enter the number in your system, you will get all my data, but he denied to do so. And in the document, there were 3 clauses which clearly stated that person is allowed to travel and re-enter Germany with this. Also at the bottom it was mentioned that Because of the cyber attack, we are providing this document. BUT YOUR STAFF DID NOT CARE TO LISTEN. And one more staff, she was the one to check my passport and all, I was speaking in “HINDI” language, everyone speaks Hindi in India, she was not understanding Hindi as well and she was laughing at me like a dumb person. Your staff was dissappeared for the next 30mins, I asked other staff please call them, they said we don’t know ma’am. They were mentally harassing me a lot and being very rude and arrogant at the same time.He Your staff did not even care to listen and he said ma’am I will update your PNR and I will prepare for your exit now. I told him that I am a student in Germany and I am working as well, I have to reach Germany at any cost. He said no ma’am, please don’t waste our time. I had to reach office the next day and as I am writing my Master Thesis, I had a submission on 7th of March. But because of your dumb staff at the BOM airport, my career is screwed up now. Also a lot of students from Cologne have already travelled with the same document from Middle East.They have travelled with Qatar, Etihad, Gulf air. I was depressed like anything as it adversely affected my career and my life ahead. I was not able to sleep for the next few days.I was having anxiety and panic attacks because of all this situation. And your smartest staff at the airport never updated my PNR. ALSO, WHEN I WAS FLYING FROM FRA TO BOM, I WAS NOT GIVEN ANY MEAL.I HAD ALREADY REGISTERED FOR A VEGETARIAN MEAL ONT HE APP, BUT WAS NOT PROVIDED WITH ANY MEAL.THE CREW MEMBER SAID, THERE WAS SOME ISSUE. Let’s get to a new surprise now. I booked another VISTARA flight on 12th of March with the same document, and guess what, VISTARA did not take any objection with the document and I reached Germany on 12th March.My PNR for VISATARA is LHR3LS.Continuing the earlier : THE LOSS WHICH HAS HAPPENED TO ME, MY CAREER, AND MY LIFE IS UNEXPLAINABLE. THE MENTAL HARRASMENT, THE ARROGANCE AT THE AIRPORT, IT WAS TERRIBLE AND THAT TOO DOING THIS WITH A STUDENT IS DISGUSTING. AND THE MAIN THING IS TO GO TO MUMBAI AIRPORT, I HAVE TO TRAVEL FOR 5 HOURS, AS I LIVE IN PUNE. IT IS CLEARLY BECAUSE OF YOU THAT I HAVE LOST MY JOB AND I HAVE MISSED MY MASTER THESIS SUBMISSION DATE WHICH GOT EXTENDED FOR FUCKING 1 YEAR. ALL MY CAREER IS RUINED BECAUSE OF YOU EMIRATES. I AHD A VALID DOCUMENT AND YOU DID NOT ALLOW ME TO CHECK IN AND MY JON AND CAREER BOTH IS DESTROYED. I AM A GREAT LOSS FROM ALL THE SIDES. I am not going to sit silent with this. I want compensation for all the financial, mental and also academical loss which I have gone through. I have lost my job, my master thesis date has missed because of you and plus mental harassment. I am honestly not in a good place now and now I have to figure out everything. I need a fair compensation of 5000 USD for all the losses or else I have to legally bring this issue further, as you did not allow to fly a student despite of having a VALID VISA DOCUMENT.
