Hi,
I am Shikha Shukla. Yesterday I was travelling from Mumbai to Dubai from Vistara flight. I was Carrying my Shampoo(350ml bottle), Conditioner(196ml bottle) and body wash (300ml). At the time of Security check In they took all of this product stating that 100%liquid is not allowed more than 100 ml. I no where saw in the rule that you can’t carry Shampoo and conditioner. I even questioned them if Shampoo and conditioner not allowed then why liquor is allowed to carry from duty free without any restriction. I didn’t understand this rule. I want the authority to take action against this and help me regarding this as my belongings where costly and I do care about my loss.
