I bought protein yesterday after my arrival at Mumbai International airport and at the duty-free I bought protein powder on my passport no Z3612731.
On inspection after reaching home it has come to my attention that this product sold at the authorised authority of India is fake.
I need you to look into this to take action and simultaneously refund my money paid for this.
Also I would like to officially lodge a complaint for this.
Fake Product sold at Duty-free
I purchased a BVLGARI perfume this morning from Adani Mumbai International Duty Free. On reaching home when I looked at the packaging and the print on the carton I am quite certain that it’s a fake. I don’t know how and when they changed the product that I had bought. Please guide me as to how I can bring this to the notice of the authorities and also the Company.
I guess you should file a complaint online. Even I got scammed on the same day i.e. 08.10.2024 at night when I was returning from abroad. I also bought a Givenchy perfume which turned out fake.
