Female taxi driver

My wife and I arrived today 6am after a 14hr journey and we booked a prepaid ac cab registration ending 4458 I was asked if I minded a female driver which I had no problem with, the driver finally pulled up and refused to get out of the car and piled our bags on the front seat and refused to move the seat forward for my wife as she couldn’t get in the car, at that point I decided to leave the car, and removed the bags to the road then I went back to the counter and asked for another taxi, even the counter guy tells me that these women are giving him lots of problems.
After leaving my wife alone these few female drivers ganged up on my wife and threatened her and then one driver knocked our bag over with her car, I want someone to look into this.
