I booked my flight from Mumbai to Bangalore on 31 st October
flight PNR- ABLHNA
NO. – G8 398
Flight timings was 2.30 pm.
And firstly it was delayed by 5 hours, at 7 pm. And after that it is delayed by 3 more hours and when i talked to go first airlines they are not giving any type of compensation or provision to me. I know that according to the airport policy, if the flight is delayed by more than 1 hour then they have to refund the whole fare amount
Instead of it when i talked to one of the representative he said I don’t know about that , when i talked to 2 nd one he is also saying I don’t know about that
Now i need refund in full amount and if not compensated than they will accountable for the consequences.
Flight delayed and not even acknowledged by any representatives
