Flight which was supposed to take off at 7 am on 4th Jan 2025 got delayed to 7 pm and then again at 6:30 pm they informed it is delayed to 10 pm but till 10 pm there was sign of boarding or no clear communication from the air india express employees . This is not acceptable we all passengers are stranded here from morning 3 am passengers are waiting for the whole day and the response we get from the employees are of no use please take necessary action
