I had booked flight and reached T2 terminal on time ie 5.50am. But entry inside took time and checkin counter got closed. Later i somehow manged to clear the security check in and reach the boarding gate but it got closed. I askedhwlp for rescheduling the flight which i didn’t get. I asked to assit to come out of T2 so that I can book another flight from T1 which I didn’t get. For almost 3 hrs i have been struggling with this hassel.

- Luggage was not taken care properly. New suitcase has been destroyed
