I like to complaint about the horrific experience at Mumbai airport. Etihad Flight EY 207 departing 17:05 Mumbai to Abu Dhabi dated 20th August 2023. The Staff present outside the flight at the gates demanding money from the passengers claiming the cabin baggage being overweight even after the baggage been checked at the counter acquiring boarding passes. Harassing Women and children and threatening to throw them out of the flights if they did not pay money. Asking to pay amount as much as 60,000 Indian currency.
Requesting yourselves to take strict and appropriate actions on your front.
Kindly provide the names of the staff present specifically out side the aircraft gates to file an FIR for abusing my Child and Wife. ( 3 males and 1 female ) and a bald guy specifically insisting he worked for a period of 25 years with Mumbai Airport.
This incidence fruit eaters and angers me, The airport staff is supposed to take care of the passengers not taking advantage of mother and child.
As mentioned earlier I need complete full names of the said staff to file an FIR for abusing and husting the modesty of a women and child passengers. I will be reporting this incidence in media as well if clear and complete information is not provided.
Mumbai airport ground staff asking money and harassing travelers right outside the boarding gates is clearly suspicious with criminal intent.
