I had booked ticket from LHR to TRV ; Heathrow to Mumbai (AI0128) and had a layover in Mumbai. Already the flight was delayed and then the pilot kept announcing the air space was shut in Mumbai till 4 am. I was supposed to reach Mumbai around 2,15 instead the flight landed around 4,30 due to which the second flight from Mumbai to Thiruvananthapuram ( AI0657)I had to miss. In addition the ground staff was really rude to us the passengers and booked me ticket to Kochi instead of Thiruvananthapuram. Already my one full day is gone along with it and unnecessary expense is added to me to travel from kochi to Thiruvananthapuram by road . My time and money got wasted for a very bad service from AIR INDIA
I had to catch the flight from mumbai to Trivandrum but the flight from London got delayed due to which I missed the flight

- No private car pickup facility in CSMIA T2
