My mom entered mumbai international airport and then before boarding some asked her to show her bag she was unaware of what is happening she thought it would be necessary so she showed but what happened is her dollars got lost she had exchanged it in the airport itself she is worried as she is travelling alone she is a senior citizen she is in so much trouble now she doesn’t have single money and she is travelling to africa till she reach there she has to suffer this need to be enquired and i need full refund . If this is the case then airports are also not safe for senior citizens
