Recently we visited Bombay from Washington DC to Dubai. 1 hr stop &another flight from Dubai to Bombay it took 18 hours. After that long journey immigration took more then 2.5 hours to get our luggage & out. Only 3 flights were landed at 1.30 pm
It should not take more then 1/2 hour for immigration you should consider long travel time
Can it be faster onwards process now

- Turkey Airline employee ask for 500$ amount for Bording pass
- I have concern about airport air india staff the air india staff didn’t transfer my luggage to my destination
