Very very long queue at immigration this morning on 19 feb. Took more than 45 mins to clear immigration which means less business for Mumbai airport duty free because we had no time to shop or eat. There should have more officers. So many empty desks. Very bad management

- Horrible behavior from flydubai employee at boarding gate
- Extreme poor management on
