We had to wait for more than 30 mins in line as there was only one officer serving our queue. We expect much better services as OCI holder of this amazing country. Please look into your processes and staff the desk so that waiting times for immigration are reduced. People were frustrated and were shouting in the line. As parents to 7 year old kid, this experience has been horrible.

Wtf was this all 4 windows of our setion are empty left alone during rush hour of 7AM…..if this isnt bullshit idk what is. Whats the point of coming early or at time if all imgiration winodows are left unoccpuied. Absolutley disgusting management
