Immigration Line and counters needs to be improved

Today It took me almost 2.5/3 hours from check in to gate.
Even after coming 3 hours earlier we got to Gate just 5 mins before boarding.
The Queues are not managed properly at Security check and Immigration check.
Immigration officials left and one was rude to let a foreigner cut in after me and before my wife. And the immigration official rudely told me its ok Let me do the foreigner and keep your wife waiting.
There was no service staff managing queues.
This all can be improved by proper management of queues, immigration official rotation. If one leaves (which happened to us and then we had to move to another queue).
The queues are cramped and slow. People queue 5 people in front of immigration.
