Immigration line and staff

Incredibly rude staff. The man told us to move to the new line which then proceeded to take over an hour although it was a short line and told us it was our choice to move lines. Immigration man himself was incredibly rude, saw staff members laugh at passengers. No supper for those whose gates were closing. Horrible service overall
