Date: 24th August 2022, I had a flight Vistara UK902 from T2 Mumbai to T3 Del at 3:45 pm. Reached on time got my check-in/ security check all done and came down at level 3, I realized by mistake my Aadhar card ID proof was left at the Vistara check-in Counter. At level 3, Info Counter there was airport authority service lady was sitting watching a show on YouTube (Time 2:05pm). I asked her to help and from her attitude she was not even willing to help me because of her interest in watching her “tarak mehta ka oolta shashma” show on youtube. well i asked her to connect to vistara checkin counter and check for my ID card, she called and Vistara duty manager said yes my ID card was left at the counter and said that they are sending it at the info counter level 3 where i was standing. Well i had time for my boarding, so I waited, after 20 mins when no one came, i requested Airport Info Counter service lady to recheck and she was busy watching that show. after call Vistara informed that they have send someone to handover my ID card. I again waited for 15 mins as now boarding time started 2:45, I again called vistara checkin counter that its been 40 mins i have been waiting to receive my id card why they are taking it so long, and now my boarding time is also started,they said “maam you come back at Vistara check-in counter and collect your id card yourself we will not send”, I requested them but they hang up call, in panic i rushed back as i was not left with any option towards check-in counter but security staff said either i can get my ID card or i will have to miss my flight. Security / Police no one was cooperative and helped me. Vistara duty manager gave me false commitment and lied that they will handover my ID card, and after making me wait for 40 mins they denied to send my ID card. If Vistara would have informed me initially that they will not send, i had 40-45 mins ample time to go back at check-in counter and pick up my ID, but after wasting my time they denied. Vistara showed irresponsible and Erratic behavior towards their passenger. Also the Lady at info Counter along with a man standing was not interested to help a passenger and was just again and again busy watching youtube. She did not have any gesture to even help a passenger and was not up to perform her duty. after I shouted for help, i had no option to leave my ID card, then a vistara employee came running and handed my id card but Really had a worse experience at Mumbai Airport T2. disheartened, feels sad. Airport authority Please put a check on your careless and carefree attitude of your staff. and Erratic behavior of Vistara duty manager.
