I hD to walk a long distance with luggage in d trolly to reach auto pick up point, Your authorities allow trolley upto puck up. This causes a lot of inconvenience. Either allow autos to reach puck up point or allow use of trolleys upto auto pick up point
Inconvenience caused to Passengers booking auto
- No Response and Coordination in Mumbai Airport
- Out of peace control issues
The autos demand extra charges while leaving the airport. And then tell to get down in the middle of the road.
This has happened with me for the third time.
Really pathetic and ridiculous wherethe journey of passenger becomes tortuous throughout as they constantly tell to pay more and make you feel guilty that you are not paying extra as they stood in the queue for 3 hours or so. As if you are eating their money by not paying for their hardwork.
Is anyone forcing them to stand at airport? Is they feel their time is getting wasted and they will charge for it then thats wrong. They can drive auto outside airport premises just like normal autos, no one is forcing them i believe. They find profit at the airport so they stand there.
