1) It was a very hot day, so we booked AC taxi MH03 AX 0745. Driver refused to turn on the ac until later. When he did turn it on, we noticed that there was very slow cooling, we asked him to increase three times, he said “it cannot be done” so we requested him to take us back to the airport.
2) At first checkpoint, security guards asked him to increase the ac. The driver admitted to them that his ac was not working properly. So they allowed him to re enter the taxi pickup point area.
3) While I went to the counter to speak to someone, five people (other cab drivers) made my wife(a wheelchair passenger) get out of the cool cab. The lady at the counter and some other personnel refused to accept that the ac was faulty.
4) I asked to meet a supervisor. One person claiming to be a supervisor refused to accept that the ac was faulty. He also refused to give me his and the other personnel names when I asked for it. The supervisor rudely said, “I cannot guarantee the condition of the cab. It is not mine.” When I asked for a complaint address he said “google it”. And he also added that I should “contact Mr. Adani directly”
This supervisor needs to be fired for talking to senior citizens, one a wheelchair passenger, so rudely and for siding with a taxi driver who admitted that his ac was faulty.
I requested another cool cab, the supervisor said, “don’t complain about the ac.”
I had no option but to take a NON-AC taxi to my residence.
Shocking service and behaviour by the supervisor and the personnel.
I demand a full investigation into the unacceptable behaviour of this rude supervisor and wish to be provided with his name and designation.
