Dec. 2nd, 2023 I was a passenger on Thai Airways Flight TG318 from Mumbai to Bangkok at 23:20. Booking Ref:65ML73 When going through security my bags were searched numerous times and put back through the scanner. I was asked to take out my camera bag, then take out the lenses, the. Take out my two jewelry boxes, my jewelry pouch and my flat iron. Then take out my iPad, over and over rescanning my items. Looking back it was obvious they were trying to distract me. They opened all my jewelry in front of me and the took it to scan it.I had a navy blue small suitcase and a brown carryon bag. They gave me back both bags but not my jewelry or flat iron. A white box, a blue box, a black pouch with zipper, a black Amika flat iron.
When I arrived at the Standard Hotel in Bangkok on 12/3, and realized items were not in my bag, I called Mumbai airport and so did guest services at The Standard Hotel. We were told no items were left behind and they would call the hotel if they found anything. No calls were received. I have called so many times and nothing. Aren’t there cameras everywhere? Also The Oberon Hotel where I stayed in Mumbai contacted the airport. Nothing! I’m saddened that you have employees that would do this. I have a complete list of all items taken that include over 20 pieces of jewelry and a new piece of jewelry purchased in Kolkata. I would like to know where are my items.
