Electronics STOLEN from checked bag. Security flagged a suitcase, we had to give lock combination top open suitcase. Powerbank was thrown away (powerbanks are allowed in USA/International checked luggage, but not India? No information about this on website). Upon arriving at location, we found that Apple Airpods that were in suitcase were missing from the suitcase, when we know they were packed before locking the suitcase. We gave you the combination number and it appears that your staff stole the airpods when going through the suitcase to look for the powerbank.
Items stolen during security check
On the 27.11.2024 local time 09.15 – 10.00 AM at the security check points Mumbai Terminal 2 the member staff police on the scan point at the security check had stolen from our red and brown hand bags 1000 British pounds and 350 dollars. This happened at the security check at the time mentioned above. The security check officer put our red and brown handbags aside. They asked me if I have electrical device in it. I said no, and instand of giving me back the handbag they brought the hanback to the back, where I did not see that anymore. After returning the handbags the money was stolen. I ask you to investigate the case and return back the stolen money.
