Dear team,
Landed at Mumbai via flight LH766 scheduled at 23:10 on 19/08/2023. I passed the *very long* security checks before boarding my next flight CX660 at 00:45 on 20/08/2023.
Once landed in Hong-Kong, my destination city, I noticed that my laptop charger was missing. I have not removed it from my bag except for the secuirty checks. During those checks, which were very long I believe due to lack of skilled personnel, my bag was scanned several time as agents were looking for a lighter-which I didn’t carry! My bag was mistaken with another.
In the confusion and literal messy security process, my laptop charger was probably stolen hence I am seeking a compensation.
