Dear Mumbai Airport Authority.
Terminal 2.
I am writing to bring to your attention the recurring issue of long waiting times for cab service pickup at the Terminal 2 arrivals area. The delays seem to be caused by the long queue of cabs waiting to enter the pickup zone, resulting in significant inconvenience for passengers.
This problem is particularly concerning for senior citizens, patients, and families with young children, who are more affected by the extended waiting times. The situation often becomes frustrating and uncomfortable, especially after a long flight.
I kindly request that you consider measures to streamline the process and reduce the waiting time for cabs, ensuring a smoother experience for all passengers.
