Respected sir,
I would like to inform you that I had travelled from Houston to Cochin , my journey started from Jan 17,2024 and I reached the Cochin airport Jan 19,2024 , where I was supposed to reach by 8:40am but had a delay about 12 hours 30 minutes . As well as I didn’t receive my baggage. As a senior citizen of India ,and being a diabetic patient this journey was really hectic for me. Due to inconvenient actions of the airlines and delay in Frankfurt, Germany to Delhi journey I missed my Delhi to Cochin flight which was the primary cause for 12hour 30minutes delayed journey. Even though they provided me with alternate flight that was also a connecting flight via Mumbai(AI865) which lead to the loss of my baggage and more inconvenience in my journey. I didn’t not receive my checked-in baggage from Delhi airport to my destination airport cochin . Mumbai to Cochin air india flight ( AI681) informed me that they didn’t receive my baggage from Mumbai.I have attached the flight ticket details along with this mail. I request you to please take action regarding my complaint against the airlines customer service and do the needful at the earliest for the inconvenience caused.
