I am writing to officially file a complaint regarding the theft of my jacket that occurred on 04/12/2023 at Mumbai Airport, Terminal 2, Arrival Baggage Belt-13. I am deeply distressed by this incident and am hopeful that your establishment will take immediate action to address this matter.
Description of the Stolen Item:
Item: Jacket (sleeveless)- had some cash and Airpods Pro 2.
Color: Black
Brand: GANT
Size: Large
Circumstances of the Theft:
Somebody stole my jacket when I was looking for my luggage at Arrival Baggage Belt 3 at Mumbai Airport- terminal 2. The airport authority must have the CCTV footage of the incident.
It had some cash also and Airpods Pro 2.
I kindly request your cooperation in reviewing security footage, if available, and providing any information or assistance that may aid in the resolution of this case.
I expect a thorough investigation and appropriate action to be taken.
