My checked in luggage bag of 20kg with number 0229KU010376 went missing on 21st return flight ku. It was not found in arrival terminal. We filed a PIR at bangalore airport they said no need of PIR number we will send the bag next day. Now it’s been a month no updates from stupid team at bangalore. I visited the airport no one is available to attain is in counters outside airport. They are not even attaining our calls. I have literary called like 200 times on 9538788941 no one picks the call.. I want my bag. It as my full shopping from Riyadh umrah and from India what new stuff we carried. Else you have to compensate 50000 plus for the time and efforts we wasted all this time.

With reference to the above mentioned details, I have lost one of my bags. Same was informed at Bangalore Terminal -2 to the support desk and they have taken note of all details and they provided me the attached forms copy.
They promised to call back on 22nd APril by 10 am on my given contact details (9731588543). Its been 3 days since we never received a call from any person from the airport.
They had given us two contact details:9538788941 (i called 100 times, no response) and 9980870751(incoming barred on this number).
The bag has all new clothes of my family for wedding, all shopping bags, medical box with all medicines. We need all these stuff at high priority, else we have to spend additional cost to buy this stuff.
I have attached all required documents. Kindly revert to me at the earliest.
