Dear Sir, Madam,
On 06/06/2023 I flew with Indigo airlines from Mumbai to Chennai. This concerned flight 6E136. Upon arrival at my destination, my Wallet was missing.
At Chennai Terminal-2, I immediately submitted a PIR form with a number QZYP5X. Please find a copy attached. To date, my wallet is still missing. You indicated that you are still missing my wallet.
According to the Montreal Treaty, I am entitled to compensation. I herewith hold you liable for the loss I incurred as a result of the lost Wallet. The loss can be specified as follows:
Debit Card
Credit Card
Pan Card
Aadhar Card
Cash
I herewith request you to remit Rs 5000/- within one month after sending this mail to my account number 165101501096 IFSC Code- ICIC0001651, account holder Dilip Kumar Giri with payment reference ‘Compensation missing wallet’.
If my request does not result in receiving the above-mentioned compensation, I will consider starting a procedure for minor claims.
