Hello Sir/Ma’am,
I was traveling on 22nd Feb 2023 to Maldives & i left my water bottle at Annapurna Restaurant T2. I requested to check once when traveling again on 26th Feb, so i got answer that “Yes sir, for sure you’ll get your water bottle as we’ve lost & found service” ,so I provided them my basic details & they told me that since at this moment it’s night time, so whenever you come back to Mumbai, just give us call & we’ll handover your bottle. So I did same when I was traveling back to Mumbai from Stockholm, but I called on provided numbers, they wasted my time by saying call on some other couple of numbers & lastly they told me that your bottle hasn’t submitted by Annapurna Restaurant, so we don’t have your bottle in Lost & Found section.
Then when I reached back to my home Pune, i got call that “Sir we found your bottle, so you come here Mumbai & we shall handover your water bottle. Then I requested them that since I’m living in Bhor, Pune , so kindly courier me my water bottle, also i provided them my full address details.
Now it’s been about to end of entire month but no one has updated me anything or try to communicate with me.
So I would request, could you please look into matter & help me to get my bottle by courier.
