Dear Sir /Madam
On the way to Dubai on 05 August 2023 me & my family visited the Loyalty Lounge at Mumbai Airport (3rd Floor) with my Dragon Pass Account & My Wifes Dragon Pass Account. We both showed our dragon pass membership Numbers and the person in charge of that time told us , no need for children to accompany us . They also have a Dragon Pass membership . After 5 Hours I received information as a charge of $32 from both of me & wifes Mastercard. When I approached the bank, they told my children both are considered as guests for each Mastercards. After Getting this information (Charged 32$) i was in the airport and i went to the lounge and spoked to another person on duty, he said he can’t cancel that , because it is charged more than 2 hours now. Please find attached the receipt of Charges against cards . If you return the 32$ each for our both cards , it will be thankful to the lounges.
Why is this kind of cheating done for customers visiting your lounge? If you are providing a facility, it should be given with gratitude, otherwise it is harassing .
