I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the unacceptable behavior of one of your loyalty lounge receptionists on May 16th around 10 PM. After clearing immigration and security on Level 3 , opposite the Samsonite store, my family and I approached the automatic lounge system outside the entrance of the Loyalty lounge . When we had a few simple questions about using the system, the receptionist responded in an extremely rude and irritable manner.
His unprofessional conduct escalated when we addressed his discourteous attitude. He became confrontational, shouting at us and even threatening to call airport security simply because we inquired about the process. Most disturbingly, he went so far as to physically pinch my father’s hand. This assault is surely captured on the CCTV camera positioned directly above the lounge entry system.
Unfortunately, the employee in question was not wearing an identification badge, so I cannot provide his name. However, the video footage will clearly show the individual and incident in question. I was unable to report this right away as we had to immediately depart for a 14-day trip to Paris without internet access. Now that I have returned to India, I am formally submitting this complaint seeking investigation and appropriate disciplinary action regarding this employee’s unacceptable and aggressive behavior.
