I am frequent flyer, have been using the Lounge since inception of the airport. I frequent the lounge atleast twice in a month. Since past few months I have noticed that the lounge is always full with many people having to wait for an hour to get a seat. Due to heavy rush the food service and cleaning is not able to cope resulting in chaos all the time.
It’s high time to increase the capacity of the lounge by 3-4 times or another one at a different location
Loyalty Lounge at International dep T2
- They charged extra 2500 from flight ticket price and adjusted in different flight
- Gate 65 Prayer room smells bad
