On 3rd August’2022 boarded Indigo flight no. 6E 84 (A320) Dubai to Mumbai, upon arrival discovered Luggage was mishandled and damaged. This is very carless approach by the staff handling Luggage. Thus, need reimbursement against the same and also, please ensure certain processes are implemented at ground level to mitigate mishandling issues in future. So, that traveler should not suffer due to carelessness of your Staff.
