On 3rd August’2022 boarded Indigo flight no. 6E 84 (A320) Dubai to Mumbai, upon arrival discovered Luggage was mishandled and damaged. Due to this facing several issues while travelling from Mumbai to Delhi. This is a very carless approach by the staff, handling Luggage. Need to be repaired/replaced at the earliest possible. Also, please ensure certain measures are implemented at ground level to mitigate mishandling issues in future. So, that traveler should not suffer due to carelessness of your Staff.
