Hi,

Myself, ZUBAIDA BANU MUQADDAM travelled from DUBAI – DXB to INDIA – BOM dated 10/01/2024 in flight SG 60 seat no. 24D in SPICEJET FLIGHT (PNR No. CFEWUQ).

On Arrival at Mumbai International Airport i approached the concerned authorities and made a complaint for my missing lugguage with the airport staff. Also sharing the Agent ID – BOM138547.

After filing a written complaint i was given a contact no. and i called on the same no. for more than 45 times in 2 days but nobody answered a single call.

Still i havent receieved my lugguage inspite of visiting the airport for my missing lugguage but there was no reaponse and no co operation from the staff except the rude behaviours and neglegence act towards customers.

I have a return flight on 17th to DUBAI from Mumbai.

I didnt expected such a harsh and rude behaviour from the airport authoritiies.
