Firstly the flight was supposed to be depart from Kolkata at 22:05pm on 10th March 2023. The flight got delayed for an hour. After landing at Mumbai T2 terminal arrivals since I was very much tired didn’t take a look at my luggage but in the morning when I checked I saw my whole suitcase is been destroyed. Is this how the counterparty as well as airport staff works. This is a shameful thing we pay so much money and this is how we as well as our luggage is been kept. I don’t care kindly refund me the cost of my suitcase so that I can buy a new one.
