At airport terminal 2 Auto pickup point there is big queue. After waiting for almost 45+ minutes in queue wedontget auto. Airport staff there were 3 staff all simply waiting there and allowing all autos to passby without taking passengers from the queue. These autos will go around 100-200 meters ahead and take random passengers who will pay double or triple fare. When asked airport staff why they are not stopping these autos as it’s their duty to stop all empty autos and take passengers in queue these airport staff say it’s not their duty to stop autos. It’s auto drivers willingness to stop and take passengers. Passengers are been troubled and haressed. It looks airport staff are been paid by these auto members for not taking any action against them. I am sure there is a strict rule if auto drivers deny to take passengers from queue their licence is taken and they are not allowed to enter airport again. Not sure why this is not followed. Instead airport staff whose pic is attached here says it’s not their duty at all to look all this matter. Seriously pathetic situation at Mumbai international airport for auto services
