Misbehavior of CISF Staff

On 22nd September I Puja Patil Mishra was travelling along with my 2 small kids aged 9 years & 5 years from Mumbai airport by indigo flight 6E 6613 at 7pm. After finishing our security check, we went to McDonalds which was on our way to our gate no. 49B.
Suddenly a CISF staff named Kumar started to notice us and first asked us that our flying destination to which I replied Delhi and we moved ahead. Then he immediately called up someone and again started following us. After a few minutes he again stopped us and started accusing my 9year old daughter of stealing money near the security check area. He started asking her continuously that where she has kept the money. He took our boarding pass.
My daughter Anaaya replied that when she was heading for security check, she saw some money lying down on the way to the security check so she picked it and asked a girl standing nearby, when the girl refused my daughter kept it on a side as she did not want herself or anyone else to step on it. Kumar did not want to agree on her and repeatedly questioned her. He asked me to check her pockets – which I did in front of him…but again he did not believe and said ” abh hume kya pata apne kahi aur rakha ho”. He was continuously guided by some lady to whom he was speaking over the phone from the CCTV Department. He threatened me that I will not be able to board the flight till he gets the money. Then he handed over the phone to me and told me speak to the lady. She was Adamant that your daughter has stolen the money and thru CCTV footage she can see that my daughter has taken the money but they are not able to see that where she has kept the money. Also she says, that ” jiska paisa ghira hai wo bahut gareeb hai aur uske liye ye paise bahut zaroori hai aur wo paise liye bina yaha se nahi jaayega.” I asked how much money was there she said around ” do dhai hazar.”
And she told me to come back to the security check. While all this conversation…they made me and my small kids so embarrassed as the other passengers were doubtfully judging us. Then, around 6.45pm Kumar took us back to the security check area without any consideration about kids, luggage our flight about to leave (scheduled at 7pm)
The security official noted my mobile no. And said that FIR may done on u so u’ll have to deal with it and finally let us go as both my kids were crying badly and were panicking. My kids were traumatized for no mistake of ours for more than half an hour. Till now they are under high fever because of such baseless allegations. Surprised by the way they have harassed a minor like this.
