misbehavior , over-charging for food

Dear sir, i am seriously complaining for staff at oasis lounge. They forced me to pay full amount even i didn’t use their lounge services. As i used Bar services there that was on chargeable basis and i paid for that. when i was getting drinks some snacks were in front of me having by other so thought that it was complementary with drinks so i have just 2-4 pieces of that from the same bowl. so some staff came to me and asked that u had use services so u have to pay .as i denied at tried to understand them all but they threatened me. after all discussion and argument they forced to me to pay 1000/- at least without use of any services. i just forget to ask their names. so please take serious action on manager of oasis lounge. They torture me mentally and financially both.
