Go first airways staff and Duty manager didnt gave proper reply and informed half truth and no service provided for delayed flight and instead threatened us that you can do anything and complain anywhere, they were giving flight delays of 15 mini to 30 minutes even when they knew that the incoming flight has not yet departed from its location and it will not arrive atleast 2 hours late.
The Manager was not replying and had no fear of any goverment authorities and said this is our airline policy.
We asked her to shift us on another first available flight but she refused. So any thing we asked was denied.
Mishandled and wrong infirmation provided by Gofirst Air staff on counter
- Fraud/Unnecessary requirements /hard time for travellers /Kind of harassment
- Travelling from Bombay to Toronto with Lufthansa transit from Munich & Frankfurt, with Indian Passport with valid Permanent Resident card of Canada
