Since the new scanning automatic system has been implemented and domestic and international security checking combined, lots of waiting is to be done at security check in.
Most of the time CISF personnel stand empty due to mismanagement at scanning.
Do Mumbai airport value customer time?
Most of the flights are delayed due to Mumbai air traffic which is clear indication of mismanagement of air traffic at Mumbai Airport.
Mostly flights from Mumbai are getting delayed and since we have to catch connecting flight from mumbai it become race for us to get security checkin and catch our flight.
There is no arranagment fromMumbai airport to send passenger for boarding without security check.
I dont understand why we have to go for another security check when we are alreqady coming from a flight?
Today I have faced very difficulty during Security check in at Mumbai International ( T2) Airport, I was carrying vergin Coconut Hair oil which was less than 100 ml in quantity but the person has not allowed to carry that and when I have requested than he has started showing his power and threatening me that I will destroy you with my power.
I think they all are there to support people not for threatening but I also know that no one will take any action against them because they are behaving like cartels and from top to bottom everyone are like same in CISF. Government has to think about this and I believe power without responsibility is very dangerous. According to their word they can take me in custody for any false case and can ruined my future.
